1、 Manufacturing process of premium hot pressed paper
> High strength plant fiber:modified treatment,special pulping;
> High temperature resistant fiber:self-developed process to achieve better high temperature resistance performance;
> Paper making:Sheet forming using a mixing-type paper machine;
> Slitting packaging:online removal of static electricity and dust,paper surface decoration and online quality inspection,moisture-proof and anti-collision packaging.
2、 Premium Hot Pressed Paper vs. Traditional Kraft Paper
➢ Special grade hot pressed paper, specializing in the development and research of cushioning materials for copper-clad laminate (CCL) and printed circuit board (PCB) lamination processes.Compared with traditional kraft paper lamination materials, it has the following characteristics;
➢ Adopting high-quality plant fibers,modified special fibers,and unique forming processes;
➢ Provides stable,sustained cushioning pressure with excellent resilience.Resilience significantly recovers after being left for 12 hours before reuse;
➢ Heating rate similar to kraft paper, with uniform temperature distribution;
➢ Operating conditions: 210°C, 40kg, 180 mins-can be recycled and reused >10 times (depending on specific customer lamination conditions);
➢ Operating conditions: below 190°C, 30kg, 120 mins-can be recycled and reused >30 times (depending on specific customer lamination conditions);
➢ No fuzzing or dusting during the lamination process;
➢ No sticking to steel plates or adhesion between paper sheets during the lamination process. Moisture-proof treatment is required before use; otherwise, anti-sticking performance will be significantly reduced;
➢ Significantly reduce the cost of single comprehensive pressing, improve production efficiency, and reduce on-site labor intensity;
➢ The weight design of the product can reach 160g/m2, 210g/m2, and 240g/m2,and can be customized.
